Cooper Cup 2026

Join us on our 5th anniversary for the Cooper Cup, a public competition with a qualifying round taking place Saturday January 17th from 3-6pm followed by an Onsight Finals round from 7:30-8:30PM. The top six climbers with the highest points from the redpoint Open category will be invited to finals.

Competitors will compete at our open qualifying round earning points assigned to the difficulty of their boulders. During the qualifying round, competitors will score their top five climbs.

Categories:

Participants will submit their grade during registration to be placed in the category specified below. The competition is broken down into four different grade categories and two gendered divisions. Grade divisions are based off your max V-grade send (typical max grade within 10 attempts), and the two gendered divisions are MTNB and WTNB.

*please note: Onsight finals will be for the top 6 climbers within MTNB/WTNB category.*

Beginner – V1-3

Intermediate – V3-5

Advanced – V5-7

Open – V7+

The top 6 Finalists from the Open Division will be invited to Onsight finals.

IF there are not 6 finalists within the Open categores we will invite the next top score from the other categories (shifting place holders)
