Breathe, stretch, and set the tone for your week.
Beginning with seated meditation, we practice mindful breathing techniques and integration of a yoga intention. Then we ease into waves of grounded postures that prepare for standing shapes and creative vinyasa-style sequencing.
We will then cool back down with hip opening and twisting shapes before sweet, sweet savasana.

I’ve never practiced yoga before, and I’m not very flexible. What should I expect?
Have you taken a breath today? Great! That means you’ve practiced yoga! There are many ways to practice, and movement (asana) is only one of them. All ICB classes are open and ready to welcome yogis in all stages of their practice. You can expect to be guided through a sequence of postures with modifications and progressions to fit you and your body best during each class.
What do I need to bring?
We would love it if you could bring a yoga mat and a water bottle; however, we understand that’s not always an option for everyone. ICB has mats available to rent if you need them. The cost to rent a mat is $5 per session.
Do I need to be a member to take a yoga class?
We’d love to have you as a member and members may join yoga classes at no additional charge, but it’s not required to be a member for our yoga classes. Classes are $15 for non-members and free for members. Punch passes are also available for purchase and can but used to enjoy climbing, fitness AND yoga.
