Every month from March through October, Iron City Boulders hosts a community block party as a way to give back to our friends and family.

Join us and our friends for discounted day passes, live music, food, local vendors, and more.  There’s always something new happening at the gym!

Special Pricing: Day passes during Funday Friday are $15.  Day pass includes rental shoes.

Rocktoberfest

Join us on for Rocktoberfest, a fall celebration hosted by Iron City Boulders. This event brings together the best of the season with great food, craft beer, live music, games, and local vendors. 

Dont miss the mini games! Try your hand at Stein Holding, compete in the Keg Rolling competition, or participate in the Pretzel Toss.

Enjoy music from DJ Ali Berger, beer from Two Frays Brewery, and delicious food from Rockin Dogs and Spuds. You’ll also find a variety of local favorites including:

The Origin Story

Funday Friday started as an after work hangout session. The climbing crew would put on a killer playlist, drink beer, eat left over pastries from the local coffee shop, pet our favorite dogs, and climb until we couldn’t climb anymore.

The fun caught on and as the Funday Friday crew grew, so did the wall…

In an effort to diversify the climbing terrain and host more people of different skill levels, Dean added a -2 degree slab and a 25 degree overhang to create a complete ~500 sq foot wall. Eventually, we were even able to swap out the hodgepodge pad situation for a high quality custom floor.

Naturally the dream of Iron City Boulders began…
