Hi, my name is Drew Hill. I have been rock climbing on and off for about 15 years (started around age 7 or 8). I started as one of those kids that would not be able to let go of the wall, and slowly learned to push myself and ended up joining my local climbing team. After taking a break from competing, I returned to climbing as a coach and instructor, with the mission to help inspire both youth and adult climbers achieve their goals. I then went on to coach National level youth climbers, which gave me the chance to work with some of the best coaches in the industry.
Throughout my 15 years on and off from climbing, I have had different experiences and built many relationships with climbing itself. I have gone through the stages of climbing from climbing hard, climbing for fun, climbing for personal growth, and eventually climbing because climbing is a part of me. I look at climbing as a training ground for my mind and body, and the goal is to make those both strong and well connected. My goal as a coach is to help anyone unlock their potential and teach them how to push their perceived “limits.”
