This event is a red point climbing competition and is a public comp open to all guests and members.

Event Details
Participants will have 2 hours to climb together and track as many climbs as possible to be counted towards your final score.

Participant Rules & Requirements
Redpoint Competition Format
Points are associated with the difficulty of each climb and climbers may make as many attempts as needed. Climbers may attempt any boulder problem, and should try to complete as many as possible.
Points are awarded for:
» Tops: Completing the problem.
» Zones: Reaching a designated midway point.
»Falls: deduct 1 point per fall. Fewer attempts = better score.
Final score is cumulative: total points – total falls = final score. Every boulder counts towards your total final score.

The Spring Showdown features three color categories each with two gender divisions.
• Blue (V3-5)
• Pink (V5-7)
• White (V8+)
• MTNB (male, trans, and non-binary)
• FTNB (female, trans, and non-binary)
Color categories reflect the color of the grade you can typically send within 10 attempts.
The Spring Showdown will also feature an additional category for all participants age 38+.
• Masters (aged 38+)
No Gendered Division
Competition Finals & Winning Climbers
Climbing ends at 8:00PM, when scorecards will be collected and tallied.
Winners of each category & division will be announced following the comp during Funday Friday.

We ask that patrons and guests please sign our waiver and familiarize themselves with foundational technique, gym etiquette, and safety practices required in the climbing and fitness facility.
